Ive never had carol singers round here all the while ive lived in this house (16 years) ive just had three lads about 12/13 stood on the doorstep giggling and trying to sing at the same time bless them. At least they had santa hats on and made an effort, i made them sing we wish you a merry christmas twice lol

Its the ones in the town centres that block doorways that do my head in.

We get loads round here, the last lot only knew two carols and the words of them were a bit suspect. Shepherds didn't wear socks in those days.

Must heat up some pennies for the next lot.

Never get carol singers,the town square always have a mass gathering with a band and song sheets.

I used to love carol singing as a child living in a small village everyone knew us and we were rewarded well.

remember last yr had some likkle girlies who thier mums brought round,all dressed up and they sang wish u...i welled up they were lush...but dont get too many but when they make an effort i enjoy listening to em....
