The "I am a XX year old _ _ _ _ looking for ???" is a stock phrase that is generated automatically when a new profile is created. It is replaced when the user accesses the account to enter their own blurb.
It does not necessarily mean it is a 'fake account' - just one that is too new to have been finished creation.

That’s the standard auto profile for new users provided by the site until they personalise it. |

Maybe I just use the tools the site gave me and some common sense.....

Just pass them by without a further thought with a little common sense the genuine ones are easy enough to find 
And any profile you genuinely suspect is fake or that asks for money or you to sign up to another site - report it providing as much info as possible. |
