May be a bit heavy for some so please just ignore and move on if this bothers in anyway lol...
But imagine you meet a couple, single etc.. purely on a swinging basis and then you discover they have cancer, or some other progressive disease say, nothing thats catching or possible to transmit to anyone else but would it affect the way you then thought about playing?..
Someone said something to me yesterday.. and its really bothered me thinking it may actually affect them.. not the obvious but in the way they may be playing in the future..
Would you not give it a second thought?
Would you think.. best not get involved?
would you just play it by ear.. see where it leads??
Hard one eh! |

why would someone having cancer make a difference.
If they are meeting and swinging and even if it was just a hello shag, it makes no difference.
The only time I think it make a difference is if they were friends, then as friends you are there for that person.
Feeling sorry for them is the last thing they want, and im sure most would not even mention it, unless it was somehow needed to be mentioned with regards the playing.

"Good point....
Whats a hello Shag though lol??? I've never had a hello shag... "
A hello shag is what I call a meet and fuck scenario. You know, the ones you want to meet and fuck them not keep them lol |

Would naturally give it lots of separate thoughts, the most prominent one being how almost all of us react differently to serious illness in others with everything from simply blocking it out right through to almost morbid curiosity.
You also must not forget the different ways in which those with serious illness themselves react.
I doubt there is a simple stock answer to this one because of the many variables involved but if it was a couple we knew well, we were all able to be frank and open about the illness and he/she was happy and comfortable with playing then for us it would not be a problem.
However change even one of those variables and the whole thing takes on a totally different complexion.
What a shit bag of a question, in the nicest possible way I should add.

"I dont think it is a shitbag question.
Its a good question though"
It is in that its full of variables.. I see what he means.. hard to give one single definitive answer.
Wasn't to be an awkward or trick question.. was thinking more in general as such anyway... its more of how we think than anything eh...... |

bloody hell, what a thought, good question though!
I guess they would have considered a meeting very carefully before entering into any form of sexual contact with others, so therefore why not play.
I know what you mean though!!

none of you know me personally, well ok a few of you do.
So if we were to be meeting to play and I said I had cancer...would it change your perception of me?
even if it was only for a meet and play scenario?
Im just trying to guage why if any, such a disease or any other would indeed matter in that situation? |

I agree - bacause if the person who is affected still wants to play and live life normally, surely you should respect those wishes??? |

Would not matter to us one jot as long as someone had the energy to play then play that person knows him or herself better than anyone and if they think they are fit to play who are we to argue xx |

well thats increibly sick, but like I have said, why would they tell you.
Unless there are any complications whith regards playing, why would you want to share that with what is in effect strangers who you find sexually attractive.

If you wear what you have on in that pic then hell yeh!!
Just thinking about the cancer situation....I would literally be heartbroken if people used that as an excuse not to play with me............not bothered about new people but existing friends |

I am not sure why it would make a difference in how you play with someone you have just met... it certainly wouldn't for me... unless they played on it.
I do however fully appreciate how it could and often does make a difference when it is people you know and have grown to be friends with... even though it shouldn't. Friends slip into the "awww how are you doing" mode rather than trying to tug ya pants off. |

I know this isnt what Mr Notts meant . . . but I have a condition which although not terminal does affect my day to day life.
It is a non contagous skin infection which anyone can get called Hidradenitis Suppurativa.
Basically it is when you get an ingrown hair and dont remove it (I never even knew I had it) it sometimes becomes infected the sweat glands in the armpits are right underneath the hair folicles and they then become infected. Once you get the infection you CANNOT get rid of it again.
It can and did in me become so bad so fast that my armpit looked like I had loads of operations on it as there was soo much scar tissue.
Now I have had this condition for 10 years and it is now soo bad I had to have a skin graft to remove all infected area (in one armpit) in May cos it was that bad I couldnt move my right arm at all.
This condition affects all aspects off my life so much so I am now classed as disabled because of this.
Ok real reason for posting . . . I have been told over the years soo many disgusting things I wouldnt even begin to tell you how they made me feel, in regards to playing with people, the nicest I heard was "dont she know thats gross" even after I explained to them what the condition was and that they in no way can catch it from me (trust me himself aint got it and if anyone would get it surely it would be him??) they still believed it was cos I didnt wash enough!?!
I dont want sympathy I just want people not to judge cos I am open and honest about my condition I even put a bit on the profile about it.
However we/I may have to cancel meets cos of a flare up.

Shona,I really feel for you and the fact that other people have made you feel so bad about something thats out of your control just makes me so angry
I wonder how they would feel if they were suffering too
Im glad it does'nt seem to have affected your wonderful sense of humour or playfulness |

I had cancer, had a breast removed and underwent chemo and radiotherapy, I had no hair one breast and when my energy and immune levels were up I was out there and shagging again! having no hair and only one breast never seemed to put anyone off! I've since had a reconstruction and going in again soon to have a nip put on.... I can honestly say any who have met me have never ever been put off... theres more to me than just tits! Good luck to any and all who don't let a minor detail like that stop play xxxxx |

I used to have all the nurses laughing when I'd turn up in my wee sports car roof down and wig flying in the wind.... I'd get there take of my hair, my shades (no eyebrows or lashes) and my prosthetic boob and tell them how many guys had peeped horns at me and I'd blown kisses to.....we'd look at all of me on the table beside us and laugh! |
