Morning all!
Just wanted to ask for some advice on the subject of which may be best to try?
I know I might appear to be a touch young at 28 but I have various spinal problems usually presenting in later life and have been thinking of trying either a private masseuse or a chiropractor to explore if either may make life a bit more comfortable for me.
Anyone have any experience with either of the two? Or are you able to recommend anyone in the Liverpool area from experience?

Hi Mate,
I went to liverpool chiropractic clinic on aigburth road a couple of years ago, after I done my back in in work. Really helped, not had to go back.
Not sure I can post the link, I might get a ban.
