I’ve actually dealt with this on two occasions at work. One poor girl suffocated whilst having her face pushed into a pillow during anal sex and another guy died of a heart attack on top of his missus during sex, the poor girl was beside herself. |

The type of job that deals with a plethora of issues, death just being one of them.
