in the morning, evenings or any other time?
i like them poached, fried, boiled, scrambled, made into an omlette or even hidden in a nice cake but definitely not benedict |

It been a while since I done it, but I used to swallow them raw when I was younger. Mainly because I was always oversleeping and no time for breakfast.
If you can resist barffing, gives you loads of energy and great for a hangover too. |

In cooking, coddled eggs are gently or lightly cooked eggs. The can be cooked in the shell or in a porcelain dish made specifically for the cooking method.
They are what I call snotty eggs, so def not posh |
