Who’s doing this? Would you do it and take a break?

It’s about taking a break from social media...including here. |

I don't have Facebook anymore, I haven't used twitter or instagram for years. I'm not signed up to anything else (I think).
I do use YouTube (is that classed as social media?), but only to watch (never comment).
I don't class the forums on FAB as social media (although I'm sure there are one or two people who would wish me to go away and never come back!) |

"I recently deleted my facebook account and dont miss it at all..
I also recently spent over 10 days off fab .. not sure i could go a month though "
Same, Facebook was easy, I don’t get angry about all the shite that’s shared or liked on there. |

I did 3 years off fab. You always wonder if someone is missing you,.or if that hot person was going to message you and you might miss the best meet of your life by not logging on.
Now I know that is never going to happen so I might digital detox. |

Facebook has become just somewhere that I wish people happy birthday mainly! Maybe instead of giving up just recognise how much time we spend on sm and try to change a bit? (Un)fortunately sm is how my family contact me generally so I'll stick to it, don't really want them knocking on my door every 5 mins to tell me random shit lol
