Mine isn't that bad to be fair. Just flares up now and again. But if anyone suffers and struggling to sleep I've found playing rain sounds on spotify helps a hell of a lot |

Cheers. I’ve tried it, I can’t hear my rinitis over the voices in my head.
But seriously, mine is always there, very low but flares like you’ve said. I get the ‘pulsing also regularly with it, which is when I must get out of bed and distract myself with anything. |

I have tinnitus. At first it was overwhelming and I couldn’t escape it or block it out. I have learnt to manage it. I don’t generally notice it these days to be fair although sometimes it is more obvious than others. |

I've suffered with It since having chemopheraphy, I really struggled with it at first. I have forgotten what silence is, and there are certain sound tone I cannot hear! I find that having the radio on or a cd playing helps me foucus on that and distracts me from this constant hissing in my head! |
