Is it me or are they just full of overpriced tatt that you would never consider buying - apart from, that is, when you have been at the gluwein first ?

Torquay

I find that the Christmas markets, if you go to the right ones, sell lots of stuff that you wouldn't normally see in the shops....so in my opinion far from tatt....

Are they expensive?.....yes, but then again it's not compulsory to buy anything is it?

Got an idea then Jane

Myself and Jez will stay by the gluwein and the sausages and you can do the browsing for us.

You can then come back with a comprehensive list of 'non-tat', the prices and the stall locations.

That way, no time is wasted, you get to browse to your hearts content and we get to eat, drink and be merry !

YAY

North Bristol

We went for an impromptue wander round the Bath one last Saturday. NEVER AGAIN

Of course I expected it to be busy, what I didn't expect was to be barged into repeatedly, pushed out of the way and trodden on!

It's a shame because it was so pretty but we had to leave after half an hour. My post operative body couldn't take any more knocks.

People just have no manners these days.

I just love Lincoln Cathedral and the streets around it.

Wouldn't fancy heading back down the hill to the city centre if it had been snowing though !
