Obviously we have to respect a woman's views but I wonder whether sometimes women misunderstand how Viagra works. It doesn't create an erection . Desire has to be there first and then it facilitates and helps maintain a hard on. In other words it isn't a question of needing it to increase your desire for her which will be just as strong with or without Viagra. |

Those of us of a certain age need all the help we can get to maintain an erection. In fact, you should take viagra, or cialis or kamagra at least half an hour before you expect to have sex and it normally only reacts when you have been physically aroused. So what was the point of telling the woman in the first place. Simply move on to a guy or woman that appreciates you for what you can provide and who you are. |

"Recently blown out by a lady I was getting on really well with when I suggested that I took viagra sometimes to help out. She thought was totally alien and unnatural "
Perhaps she wished to believe she was enough for you and you wouldn't need anything to 'help out'? |

Good point. I think some people think it's to create an erection when there's no desire. |

I don't think I'd be overly bothered.
If it's needed for medical reasons then I definitely wouldn't have a problem.
If it's taken to heighten both of our experience, that's okay too.
I think maybe you should take it without saying in future! |

That and the active ingredient in viagra are from the same family and do the same things. They affect blood flow so when arousal happens, erections are more likely to happen. |

I can understand the guys needing Viagra for medical reasons. But I'm totally blown by those who think it's ok to use it for recreational reasons, just to 'try and see how it feels'. It is a drug, if you don't need it, steer clear, in my opinion. What if you develop dependency and wouldn't be able to get hard/maintain it without popping pills?
Also, in my opinion, too many guys are hang up on their cocks as the main way of pleasuring a woman. As long as your tongue and fingers are still working, I'm happy |

That's just ridiculous of her to suggest such a thing.
Just take it and don't mention it in the future. |

They both work in a similar manner you still need sexual stimulation I've forgotten what receptor they work on . |

Viagra does not cause a man to be sexually aroused. Viagra is only effective if you are sexually aroused. To understand how it works you need to understand the mechanics of how a man gets an erection. When you get sexually stimulated, the nervous system in the erectile tissue of your penis releases nitric oxide (NO).
The nitric oxide stimulates an enzyme that produces something called a messenger cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). The cGMP relaxes the smooth muscle cells. One result of this is that the arteries in your penis dilate and the blood can flow into your penis more easily. Another result is that the erectile tissue itself fills with blood. Both of these process result in an erection. Viagra works by maintaining the level of cGMP in the smooth muscle cells.
If you are not turned on, your brain will not stimulate the release of any nitric oxide and you will not produce any cGMP. |

One lasts longer in system than other. Sialisis is longer duration .
Injections caverject / Trimix (USA uses Trimix lots in Porn ) are used if people absolutely can’t get anywhere with tablets. It’s like the last resort. It’s prescribed in people that react badly to viagra or see no improvement from taking them.
I
n Sex work we see lots of guys juicing their cocks with injections. It gives guaranteed erection no matter what once the right dosage is used .about 15 min kick in. In USA we had one guy we had to take hospital as his cock was over engorged for 5 hours lol poor sod
You can spot the juiced up dicks In porn as they are like iron bars rigid and veiny to look at . Not quite natural looking .
.

I've been with some chaps who I've wondered if they had taken viagra.
Lots of guys, wham bam, and that's it.
And then you meet some guys who are just, well, ready to go again, and again, and again.
I love guys like that.
Is that the viagra effect? Who cares! |
