Ah thank you!

I’m one of those that fully supports those getting out there and keeping fit! Good for them!

But, please, (and I know I’m going to be slated for this!!) if you’re a middle aged chubby fella, I beg you, please don’t wear Lycra!!! A t-shirt is fine, or another looser fitting sports top of some sort, but skin tight Lycra on a tubby fella is really not a good look even if the toned athletes in the Tour de France look great in it!!

(Tin hat firmly on - and tongue firmly in cheek of course!!)

This is Fab - having a pop at blokes is fair game so I’m sticking with that!

Lycra on a lady works for me - Lycra on a fella gives me shivers (not in a good way!)
