It depends what they're of and the settings I think. I only have a few public ones, more for friends and also some private ones I only share when I know someone well enough to trust them (I have to be careful due to my line of work)

As for guys profiles, I'm more likely to message first or reply if they have photos showing more of themselves than just their penis from multiple angles.
