As I am still fairly new to swinging, I don't know what the lifespan of it is going to be, but I do wonder!

Lol @ Bussy, I won't live that thread down will I.
I think there is a lifetime span on swinging. For those who embrace the swinging lifestyle and all it entails ie, socials, clubs, parties etc, then it can last many years. People form close friendships and for people who are perhaps on their own and are less confident and those who are working and don't have a mix of friends to go out with, then its great. You get to visit other places in the country, meet many new friends, people are very welcoming in the swing lifestyle and you're not left on your own with noone to talk to.
Guys who don't get involved in the social aspect, don't communicate on the forums, lots of guys are 'in between' girlfriends and do it to keep their hand in (literally) during those dry spells, those who thought swingers would fuck anyone and be doing that 24 hours a day, I don't think they get involved for very long.
Some people try swinging, love it, embrace the lifestyle, have a 'kids in a candy shop' attitude towards it and are exploring lots of different things, but it may be that it will last for a fair amount of time but won't be forever and they will move onto something else in time. I think we may be in this category. We will carry on until such time as it loses its sparkle

Yes can see us hanging up our swinging boots permanently at some point.....but when that will be, who knows.
Once it stops being fun and exciting, that's when we will stop. |

We are not going to be hanging up our boots permanently! We may duck out for a while, but only physically, we will still be posting and going in the chat rooms. And there is always a temptation either new or already visited that will tempt us out...
Problem is that not many try to tempt us anymore, but we are fine with that cos when it happens it happens  |
