I broke a habit of gears and ditched the earphones! So it's the sound of silence.

The right place

The sound of me puffing and panting.

I don’t listen to music when I run.

Haven't run for a whole due to injury but when I did I ram without music.

Most races these fags don't allow them (unless they're bone Ci ducting and I'm not spending money on those) soade sense to get used to it. That and the fact that where I run its fairly rural so I like to hear what's going on around me.

Not planning any races or organised stuff other than park run yet. Didnt realise they dont let you use headphones though.

My choice so far has been a bit of 90's ministry compilations...need something else though. May try the au naturale option today

I do normally run with music, it’s a playlist that I’ve compiled of upbeat music and songs that I love listening to.

However my headphones recently stopped working so for the last 2 weeks it’s just been the sound of my thoughts, breathing and feet on tarmac to keep me going.

Yeah especially if they aren't able to close the roads. Even parkrun ask you to run with on ear free so you can hear the marshals if needed

Start off with Arctic monkeys then go on to Reverend and the makers and always end off with stuff like Ultrasonic or some sort of 90's old school x

Don't run with music normally but if I do it's just the local commercial radio station

Hubby runs with no music unless he's doing an ultra marathon then he makes a playlist

If we are running together then I (her) don't listen to music but if I run alone I always have music on. I shuffle my playlist but it's always pop/dance music I listen to. X
