Well after my usual recovery post yesterday an feeling up an down about recovery an feeing frustrated that had to stay using 2 crutches an not reduce to 1, in order to help get more confidence and strength.

Today I decided instead waiting for someone go get my meds I would walk to local boots and get my own stuff.

Now furthest walked solo was 1289 steps today just been done 2984 from my house to boots in the village hahaha

It’s amazing wonder if anyone local might seen me hmmmm

Anyways am totally knackered now but sooooo excited and proud how far walked and all without my brace am so happy

Thanks fab ppl and I do love the pm messages of support Ano sounds silly but really does help

It’s ok welcome it’s been exciting so far like a good 80s or 90s action movie cos the ups and downs, laughs and tears but eventually the hero battles on to win lmfao
