Don't you think that bedrooms should be cold, and then you have a big thick duvet to keep you nice an snuggly and warm, and that any one who likes warm bedrooms are an abomination and a failure as a human being? |

"Cold room naked on top of the bed here, I produce enough heat so don't need a duvet
Your not just saying it's a cold room as an excuse now are ya? "
No but I'm always up for being used as a personal heater |

"Yes, cold room, snuggling under a duvet but feet out.
I hate it when hotels tuck the bottom of the duvet under the mattress. "
I love that! Makes me feel all snug.
Probably because I can rarely reach the end of the bed if I’m laying down! Ha. |

"Yep. I have my window cracked open a bit tonight and I'm sleeping under my duvet and wearing pyjamas for the first time in weeks. Heaven.
Love pyjamas... "
Really soft comfy ones, both those and the bedding are brand new too |

I’m over 6 ft and it makes my feet feel trapped and squashed. |

That tucking under the end of the mattress is the style in hotels these days; has been for years and unless a new trend emerges, that is universally accepted, this won't change.
It's all about having the foot and two sides of the bed looking neat & tidy when guests enter the room. |

I'd be a failure in your eyes!
I have to have a warm room & windows closed whilst asleep.
But I sleep daytimes between Night Shifts, in a town centre location, so windows have to be closed to prevent outside noise waking me. |

It's a bloody nightmare isn't it? A sheet doesn't feel the same as a duvet |

You're lucky you don't mind. I just love being cuddled up under the duvet, with a freezing cold face, from the cold air |

Slough Windsor ish |
Oh definitely... Cold room, radiators switched off, windows open all year round, naked under a summer weight duvet here. Can't stand a hot bedroom, really struggle in hotels, first thing I do is turn the Aircon down to 17 and/or fling the windows open. |

You'll set each other on fire
Cold bedroom is something I've learned to love. Never used had to be toasty warm. Now I prefer to warm myself up under the duvet.
Definitely a cold pillow too |

That would be even hotter then .
A cold pillow is perfect. I tend to have the window open in the winter, just so the room is freezing cold |

Will open the window when a little too warm, its still open now but when it starts getting cooler it gets shut.
However I can sleep under a 13 or a 15 tog duvet, unless its over warm then it covers just my feet.
I am a hot water bottle great in winter to snuggle up too, but over warm in summer.
Rather prefer a warmer room for naughty play, rather than A cold room. |
