Well it’s 11 weeks since operation
Brace came off Monday feels amazing and it’s easier to walk although only managed 2500 or steps a day but that is a huge improvement.
Had physio today who was made up how well doing. Plan from consultant was start reducing off crutches next week BUT physio assessed and said nope I need stay on 2 crutches for another 4 weeks due to balance, muscle wastage and own stability.
Still excited doing well but frustrated about crutches looks like going take longer to get better an back to work than I thought or hoped. At this rate be December by time get back work lol

Keep at it mate, sounds like you are making good progress. Sometimes things just take a little longer. Keep your chin up.  |

Ano I guess my brain wants to run before it can walk so get grrr but had so many set backs post operation I know they bein cautious to be safe and good |
