We’ve seen the threads where you compare yourself to a car. Or the ones where you state your dream car. However, what’s the best daily driver car you have had? The one that really ticked the boxes. I’m lucky that I have owned and driven lots and lots of cars but here is my choice.
I have owned a classic Mini since my mid teens that I have been everywhere in. Drove it every day for seven years. Still own it now, it’s off the road but I’ll never part with it. Excellent fun.
I think my best daily though has to be my S14a Nissan 200SX. Fast, fun, comfortable, fantastic handling and roadholding, great looking and an absolute doddle to work on. Felt special every time you drove it.
However it’s also the one that I most regret selling.  Times were hard, it was worth a few quid and I didn’t have the time or space to restore it.

My first car. I only learned to drive a few years ago so appreciated the freedom it gave me. I done the girly thing to it and put eyelashes on it as well as flower and butterfly decals on the sides. I still miss that car x |
