No, not the kind of dirty that we appreciate on this site, the dirty dirty kind.

I'm trying to work on my car and their bins stink to high heaven. They are absolutely rancid and are CRAWLING with maggots.

Is it a one-off or standard from them?

Worth a chat with them or if that doesn’t work call the council?
