An alarming rise being reported in the above and it is being discussed on the BBC news.
Victims are subject to it if they 'bring shame' on the family or community. Examples being given are if some 'wear make up'... 'have an un-named number on their phone'... 'are gay/lesbian' and 'if they are victim of rape' and it was mentioned that may be even forced to marry the rapist.
Staggering... heres hope all the victims get the support/help needed.
