what happened
been chatting to a wonderful woman on a dating site, felt like we just clicked from both sides,she was very open about things,and said we was on same page,and wanted to meet etc, all the right signs,it couldnt have been any better, was emailing each other several times a day...felt just right and was as keen to meet up as i was....,then i get sorry had change of heart and wont explaine why....good luck talk about a knock of confidence |

well she has put new pics on profile after saying to me...i need to think things over what i want lol
it just felt perfect,that feeling that you get when you feel like you have found that special person that ticks every box so to speak....makes you think stay single its less hassle lol |

Did you express that thought process to her?
The reason being that as soulful kinky stated; you hadn’t met her. I does sound like maybe you were very ‘invested’ for someone who hadn’t met.
I think it’s very easy to ascribe the tone that you want to the written word and maybe get carried away in what you want rather than what is actually happening.
Personally I think she probably picked up on this from you and decided to find something less intense.

There is definitely a natural pace to escalation isn't there Lick  
I've had a couple of times on here when I've been chatting to a lovely woman but life got in the way and stalled things and she read that as a sign of disinterest or fate and gave up. It's always a shame when this happens. But I do understand it. It's so much simpler when life gets out of the way and things escalate easily and naturally without missing a beat. That's why I always try my best (when life allows) to meet those beats xx |
