Well it’s 10.5 weeks since had operation on knee and tibia.
This journey has had some ups and downs with laughs and tears.
Friday I went work for hr meeting and walked just under 3000 steps ( that’s huge saying week before I needed my dad to push me in a wheelchair)
Sunday went out for ride in car an just general escape from the house lol went to wigg island and had a walk managed 1288 steps again not amazin to some people to me it’s huge achievement plus for 288 steps removed brace as am to start removing it today and get used to it being off
So this morning I’ve took brace off done my physio and walked round house, feels strange but am walking easier just scary not having the stability of the brace.
Haha I know always say this at end of post but sorry to always post about operation |
