I've just whipped up a batch, had forgotten how simple and tasty they are...(simple and tasty.. sounds like my ideal fab meet lol)

Little Chef used to do pancakes filled with cherries and ice-cream or gooseberries and ice-cream. Used to adore them as a kid on the rare occasions we'd go there. Other than that I'm not really a pancake fan. |

I was just talking about Little Chuf’s Cherries jubilee at the weekend. Made the terrible service almost bareable  |

How do you get the Nutella to spread? Child likes nutella, we didn't have any today, the cupboards are a bit bare."
It spreads fine on warm pancakes, or you can put some on a small plate and microwave for just a few seconds.
My favourite is maple syrup, a few pecans and some cream, followed by an ambulance and a trip to the CCU  |
