I am the most I effective packer ever. If Pink was here she would tell you ... she’s seen evidence and witnessed the drama. I just throw mountains of things in and hope something is right when I get there
No help I know! |

"Tops. I'm clumsy and end up wearing my dinner most meals so take way too many as I think I'll have to change them at least 3 times a day but never do.
"
This is me, too.
These days, I try to stick to a 'capsule' concept..similar/ complementing colour scheme, so that each item goes with at least 3 others. Accessories to dress up or down an outfit. Layers. Avoid colours which are difficult to mix with others, such as teal.
Shoes..2 prs for general (including what you travel in), 2 prs for beach, 2 prs for the evening. Nothing too chunky (saves space) or too blingy (might be tricky to match with clothes).
Hope this helps. Unless you are trecking in a jungle for a month... |

Mainly ‘cold weather’ clothing like fleeces or hoodies in case it chills off, which invariably stay in the case the whole holiday.
These days I mainly do self catering so tend to take just a few items and wash them during the break for re-use! |

Having backpacked my way around a few places I learnt that if you can't carry it on your back for a few hours then you've packed too much.
If I'm guilty of overpacking anything it is books. Proper paper books. I know there are kindles and things and I could carry a majillion books for the weight of a pair of socks but I don't care. |

"Does anyone have one of those multi way dresses?
No, but I do think that more shops should sell reversable dresses/ skirts etc.."
Someone sent me a video of how to use a large scarf in loads of different ways. If I could work out how to do some of them that might be a solution |

Knowing my luck I'd be strolling down the street and my carefully constructed scarf outfit would unravel |

I am an expert packer. Once did 6 months round the worl out of a 35l backpack. Cabin luggage only and hsd everything I needd for a beach in Thailand and a himalayan trek. Never pack too much. Managed with 3 pairs of socks, 3 paors of boxers, 2 pairs of shoes. Easy. |

I tend to pack too many bras and not enough knickers. And too much first aid stuff, but if you need flaps of skin pinning together or a splinter out of your eye, I’m your woman. |
