Well just back from work, and a pointless meeting. Ano I have to go then as work policy and even the people involved agreed pointless as it was a hr meeting to check why am off sick an when am back?
Soon as I walked in on crutches, wearing a brace and the scar on my leg the women just look an said oh yeah you had an operation, I was like yeah my manager already informed you of it plus sick notes say it.
Just baffles me how organisations waste money and time on stuff best is I have to do again in 4 weeks where there will be no change like today as I only see my consultant in 7 weeks.
On a plus side I’ve walkes 2952 steps walkes from car park to work and back last time I had to get wheelchair that was 2 weeks ago ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

Take your time. Treat your recovery as your priority.
Step are good but don't apply too much pressure upon yourself.
The last thing you need is to overdo it and be back at square one.
The company have no right to force you back to work earlier than you require... But it doesn't stop them from trying
