Men and women are structured differently, and so are the ways in which their brains function. Women use both sides of their brain, whereas men tend to use the left side more. The left side of our brain is responsible for logical reasoning and problem solving skills, and the right side is responsible for performing prosodic language functions, creativity, facial perception, and for generating emotions. So, the left side of our brain takes care of our IQ and the right side takes care of our EQ.
Here you go.

Hopefully this one will be allowed:
https://www.theguardian.com/science/2013/dec/02/men-women-brains-wired-differently
..."the greatest surprise was how much the findings supported old stereotypes, with men's brains apparently wired more for perception and co-ordinated actions, and women's for social skills and memory, making them better equipped for multitasking." |

In fairness, I read an interesting article showing conclusive evidence that men read maps and navigate better.....in male dominated cultures!
Nations where females are treated equally in activities whilst being raised showed no disparity...they're just as good at everything as male counterparts.
anyway what was the question? |

"Men and women are structured differently, and so are the ways in which their brains function.

Yeah, people can develop in ways that go against the stereotypes, and individual variation will always create some crossover. Nonetheless, you can see a 'mean' in my experience.
I actually gravitate towards men who are quite right-brained for men, and women who are quite left-brained for women lol! |

"Seems to be a bit of a very vauge generalisation. Women use the creative side of their brain more?...
Da Vinci
Bernini

Dickens

Do I see a pattern here....
And some girlies can read maps and parallel park too!
In fairness, I read an interesting article showing conclusive evidence that men read maps and navigate better.....in male dominated cultures!
Nations where females are treated equally in activities whilst being raised showed no disparity...they're just as good at everything as male counterparts.
anyway what was the question?
Yeah, people can develop in ways that go against the stereotypes, and individual variation will always create some crossover. Nonetheless, you can see a 'mean' in my experience.
I actually gravitate towards men who are quite right-brained for men, and women who are quite left-brained for women lol!
I think the word you are looking for is TV/TS
So are you saying that sensitive men and practical women are prone to cross dressing? I think that’s rather rude and presumptuous if you
It is. Jokes can cause offence
The problem is, nothing you ever say is funny. It never comes across as a joke, it's pretty much always just plain old bigotry
I appreciate your opinion. I once had a person I didn’t like so I stopped interacting with him. That solved the problem and I feel much happier now
Yeah but I won't be doing that I'm afraid, when you and others are offensive for no good reason then I will call it out. You don't get rid of problems by ignoring them "

Hit the nail on the head there with the middle part. 'think they're being funny'.
And yes jokes can be made at someone's offence, but when the joke is constantly about one target group, it's becomes less of a joke and more of an agenda |

But why the TV/TS community. Why not the poor BBC or single ladies or married ladies or single guys or bi guys or lesbians or cat lovers or or or or or
Already seems to be TV/TS. Is it because We/ they are the only ones to say something to what you have already said. Come one Bananna. Can you not see where this is leading. Again this started as a bit of a banter and a laugh and yet again it’s gone downhill |

But on a serious note.. I just joke with you guys and people read things differently depends on how they are feeling I don’t need a goat. As many know I’m on here for a laugh and s bit of banter and I can take Just as good as I can give. But I did warn earlier that other in the same situation as myself as in TV May see and take it differently You have had a pop , jokingly or not at TV/TS and sometimes these pops don’t go the way they are supposed to. Like many of your threads. Which I see are mainly fun. There are some people who will be offended because they don’t know who you are or get your humour. Yes this is an open forum for frank and honest open discussion but people can take it in very many different ways. It’s all about the wording and how it comes across. Well that’s my emotional response anyway
Okay so zero tv jokes... friends? "

"But why the TV/TS community.
Again this started as a bit of a banter and a laugh and yet again it’s gone downhill
Come on look at the world! You need an escape goat!

The original question was 'why are women more emotional?' well,I can't claim to be an expert or to speak for anyone else but,I can say from personal experience that I think being emotionally expressive can only be a good thing.
I tend to cry quite often but those small cries prevent me from needing a massive cry.
I tend to express exasperation or frustration quite often as well but I believe that having a little m utter or swearing under my breath prevent me from having a massive loss of temper or a meltdown.
I tend to smile and laugh a lot too but I don't think that needs any qualification at all,,,,it just makes everything seem better.
So,go on,let your emotions and feelings out in small ways every day, don't bottle them up.Be more like me and you'll be amazed at how relaxed, laid back and easy going you feel. |

"Seems to be a bit of a very vauge generalisation. Women use the creative side of their brain more?...
Da Vinci
Bernini
Isacc Newton
Dickens
Martin Luther King
Christain Barnard
Stephen Hawkins
Do I see a pattern here....
And some girlies can read maps and parallel park too! "
I can read maps but have to turn the map to face the direction I'm going in. |

Nothing wrong with that, that's what you are meant to do! |

I actually gravitate towards men who are quite right-brained for men, and women who are quite left-brained for women lol!" .
I often think your wasting your time explaining trends to some folks.. January is cold but then there's always that one day when it hit 16 degrees |

I'm saying that a small seepage is better than an erupting torrent.
Hmmmm,,,,,,not sure I really phrased that as well as I could have. |
