I'm on the edge of sleep deprivation I think.
For the last few nights I've been going to sleep 12-7ish, but I keep asking up each hour and then I'm wide awake but exhausted at 5am.
I feel exhausted but I don't know how to get back to getting full sleep cycles.
Any advise? |

Stay off phone etc for a good hour before you try sleeping. It wakes your brain up making it harder to sleep."
Not if you have iPhone X. While using the iPhone X the screen dims on its own helping you sleep |

I started using Lush Sleepy lotion about a month ago. I use it really sparingly on my arms, top of my chest and my wrist pulse points. It might be somewhat of a placebo effect but when I use it I'm out like a light! |
