Tips for sleep

I'm on the edge of sleep deprivation I think.

For the last few nights I've been going to sleep 12-7ish, but I keep asking up each hour and then I'm wide awake but exhausted at 5am.

I feel exhausted but I don't know how to get back to getting full sleep cycles.

Any advise?

For some it's the way I get 4/5 hours but the times I get my best sleeps and I do this a lot vigorous exercise

Is something on your mind?

Stay off phone etc for a good hour before you try sleeping. It wakes your brain up making it harder to sleep.

Not if you have iPhone X. While using the iPhone X the screen dims on its own helping you sleep

I started using Lush Sleepy lotion about a month ago. I use it really sparingly on my arms, top of my chest and my wrist pulse points. It might be somewhat of a placebo effect but when I use it I'm out like a light!

Lavender oil on your pillows or burN lavender oil

A hot bath with epsom salts too.

If all else fails,sominex pills have helped me in the past.
