Do you sleep well when it's daylight? When I used to do nights I could only manage 5 or 6 hours if I go too sleep at 6.30 im useally awake for 11. It seems like I don't need a lot of sleep x
I didn't back then but I was a couple (cough cough) of years younger than I am now x
i some times grab a grandad nap in the afternoon
