Hefty Hideaway

An album track called ‘Putting Out Fires’ by The Bluetones. Reminds me of some extremely happy days with a very beautiful friend who I miss like crazy.

‘I wasted time away/But I think that it’s ok cos/I wasted time away with you’

Why does NZ have to be so fecking far away?

Chrono - the ghost inside.

The specific lyric is “you’re not getting older, you’re just getting old”

My interpretation of that is age is a number and there is still time do what I want and have fun

"Mr brightside. Can’t help dancing and singing whenever it comes on. Even in my penguin suit."

Think that’s the same for everyone with this song !!

It’s definitely one of my favourites for singing along in the car too at the top of my lungs (very badly I might add )
