Definitely slow roasted shoulder of lamb, which is so tender the meat practically falls off the bone...

Chicken or turkey please. On occasisons pork or gammon. Or perhaps a bit of both?

I like mint sauce with my roast, irrespective of what meat it is (I’m actually not all that keen on lamb) and also horseradish (even if I’m not having beef).

Sod the rules, I have it ‘cos I like it!

I started cooking my beef in the slow cooker last winter. An amazing way to cook it.

Roast lamb is my fave, and I prefer shoulder to leg.

Rib of beef is fab too.

Proper crispy roasties and Yorkshire puddings too please.
