It doesn't matter what you buy, you are very unlikely to embarrass the cashier.

I work in a supermarket and after the first 10 minutes on the tills I don't notice what items people have bought. I zone out completely

I was actually in my local shop the other day holding a bottle of wine, razors and asked the wee dude is they sold hair ties haha
