I don't mean sexually.

What technique do you use to calm down?

I can't wait to smash the hell out of the heavy bag at the gym. How about you?

The music is a good call, but driving behind some Berks can usually be more stressful than staying in lol

I sit down either with a family member or friend for a good old chat or I lose myself in a book.

If I can't do either of those I probably cry if I am frustrated enough

I usually go to ikea, take off my clothes, lay in one of their TARVA beds, cuddle one of their TURILL pillows and suck on my thumb.

Playing football helps me release some tension. So does surfing when the opportunity is there.

Swimming. Nothing better for clearing your head that laps and being under water.

Late night drive! Music on, get on a motorway and hit some speed! Nice clear open road ahead. #heaven

Always round up relaxed afterwards

Great believer in motion relieving tension

Don’t sit still or in a room yourself , get out and talk to people , distract your brain

Usually take the issue apart into smaller parts, deal with each as best I can. Mostly though this involves accepting the bits i can influence and the areas I can't.

That said, I always reach for food and drink as a reflex.
