I have one breast that has no nipple, I had my breast reconstructed after breast cancer.

I know it has no nipple but I still like to feel it caressed.

Often with re-constructive surgery the nipples are lost. Skin can be expanded, implants then inserted but the nipples are always a problem. Its a sensitive subject for some I guess.

I tell my meets I only have one nipple and the usual answer is they only have one mouth.

Isn't sensuality about the whole person? Nipple, no nipple - no difference... If someone is only going to focus one one part then it's going to be a bit of a waste.

Oddly men have a charming habit of glossing over bits they're not so keen on...

Women (unfortunately) are often too good at drawing attention to them...
