How many people on here meditate? I've been using a guided meditation app called "Headspace" for the last few weeks and it's been great. Really calming and relaxing.

I use spoken guided meditation on you tube to sleep. Works wonders for me.

I tried Headspace but I couldn't get into the habit.

I meditate at night to help me sleep and I do adult colouring which reportedly has the same effect as meditation.

I've heard people talking about headspace before but not tried it. I'd like to find out more about the adult colouring. My sleep patterns are a bit crazy so anything that could help would be good.

I do

I have tried all different kinds - but I find the guided meditation you can find on YouTube works best.

Yep, I used headspace, the and the book, to learn how to meditate and now I do it solo (oh er!). Over the last few months it has literally saved my sanity as I went through a difficult time. It's not for everyone but definitely worth a try !

I'd recommend an artist called Kerby Rosanes. Lots of books are quite feminine and girly, his are less so.

If you are looking for 'boy' colouring Ordnance Survey have released a book of map pages with text removed as a colouring book, appeals to a certain kind of nerd !

I do but not enough. Getting your mind in the right space daily is probably one of the best things you can do. Kundalini yoga is great for this but takes practice for it to work.
