Yes very much so i was put on an extremely high dose of one of my medications last year. I wasnt in the frame of mind to keep my diet under control so gained loads of weight. Now im in a better frame of mind i can control it. But its a constant battle contolling it but it can be done |

i have to take 23 tablets and 3 sachets aday. Sonetimes it grinds you down. Its much better now i get them in a dosset box and dont have to sort them out everyday |

At moment am on very strong pain killers one of them causes you to feel hungry as speeds up metabolism
It’s annoying cos as am not mobile due to operation I don’t wanna eat much but end up eating small but regular in 2 months out a stone back on annoying as I’d lost 5 stone before my knee injury an so far put 3 back on |

I’m really struggling & it was getting me down. I saw a new consultant recently who told me whilst on this medication losing weight will be really difficult. I am waiting for an operation but we get married in December & I don’t want to be a fat bride!! Trying to increase my activity levels but I tire so quickly 
I hate my body at the moment
