So what is gym fit... Is that only the guys who go into the gym and lift weights??
What about all of those that don't go the the gym.. like my self who hasn't been inside of a gym for 8 months.. dose that mean I'm not gym fit even tho I run 3 or 4 times a week between 3 and 12 miles per session. Or is it just the image thing your going on about |

I would suggest that the OP is referring to regular gym users, hence the usage of the word "Gym". |

This is a real problem for me. Women don't seem to understand my life is not all about lavishing my attention on them. This awesome body doesn't happen without hard work and dedication. I have to lift a fair few reps a day (mainly doing pork pies and ale at the moment) to look this in shape. It's like the selfish tarts want me the hunk but not willing to understand that I have little time for them as it's needed to dedicate my self to my body. |

With the Physique competitors we know, unfortunately yes. 5-6 days per week in the gym, the dieting reduces where they can eat, so that romantic meal in a restaurant could be ruled out and not forgetting the social circle in that world is often for those who understand what it’s all about.

I have no doubt some relationships do not last.
However I have two older brothers who are both competitors, their diet and gym regime is strict.
One has been married 20 years with three children, the other has been in a relationship with his long term partner for nearly 10 and have children.
Relationships can break up for all sorts of reasons. I don’t think people who are dedicated to the gym are in a better or worse position than people who don’t. |

I work in a gym and a know lots and lots of gym fit people that are lucky in love. Both men and women.
A persons physique has nothing to do with their ability to find somebody that fits them perfectly.
