They can mean whatever the wearer wants them to mean, I wear one most days and have for years - but mainly as a piece of jewellery.

According to the internet Frisky is a bisexual lesbian single disabled heterosexual married mother who likes black men and may or may not be a prositute as she wears one on her right ankle.
If on the other hand she wore it on her left ankle, it would mean she likes cheese on toast but only on a Wednesday... |

Mine mean it’s hot weather and I don’t have to wear tights or socks so let’s wear some pretty jewellery where the sun don’t normally shine - that is my ankle, I’m not wearing a bejewelled butt plug (or am I?)   |
