I wanted to start a more upbeat thread and rather than my go-to topics of music and rugby, I thought people could list their positive Monday experiences so far.
For me it was:
Attend health course. Figured some more stuff out as a result.
Head off swimming. Okay I'm not the strongest swimmer in the world but this seems to be improving now after a few weeks.
I've even purchased some healthy stuff for my tea later! |

I'm in for a bit of positivity
Husband has an unexpected day off work, so I am enjoying his company.
The children are actually being friends today and keeping each other entertained!
I discovered the other day that I have Diastasis Recti (separated abs) and after a week of following a YouTube work out and being mindful throughout the day I can notice a small difference already |

Our cat has been released from solitary confinement and can go out again after being given the all clear by the vet following last week's incident with the grass seed stuck in his eye socket |

"I managed a full 45 minute gym class before work without crying into the yoga mat nor verbally abusing my PT.
That’s positively uncharacteristic of me and I call it a win.
