I’ve always said that before any jiggy jiggy commences , I like to know that there’s a connection more than just thinking ‘fuck they’re hot’
Now , this has been the cause of quite amusement to some , with mails asking time and time again “do we have a connection yet?”
Faces ultimately are a clincher ( I’m shallow so shoot me ) but I need more than an aesthetically pleasing face to lure me in.

It's a fair point. Attraction is a funny old thing and a connection is key.
My crappy sense of humour immediately drifted to something about wi-fi initially, which would have you thinking, gee, this chap is lame!
I did stop short of sending a PM and thought I would take public criticism rather than private disdain. |

Absolutely agree OP.... yes someone can be the stereotypical ‘hot’ person but then dont have the personality to match then I wouldn’t want it to go any further...
The “connection” is important, sometimes it smacks you in the face and it’s like wow I feel that straight away... sometimes I think it is built on as you get to know that person more and more...

Connection and chemistry along with physical attraction are all vital ingredients for me - without any one of them I lose interest.
You can't define that connection and chemistry either - they just happen naturally - some people on here I chat to and there's an immediate spark and conversation flows back and forth without even thinking about it, with some it can take a bit longer to find, and yet others it's almost like an effort where you have to stop and make a conscious effort to think of the next thing to say and eventually it fizzles out.
