After having my grandkids for the last 2 days, ive just gone to my treat tin and

Its empty " bless the little darlings"

., I was so looking forward to a kit kat with my 1st cuppa. Trip to the shops to refill I think

Yes I will. We have mini, mint Magnums in the freezer. I don't like the big ones, too much sickly ice cream but those small mint ones are delicious.

I will try my hardest not to have any chocolate today.

It's my biggest weakness and I can't really have it anymore due to my diabetes.

I have now got a stash of 100% cocoa chocolate from hotel chocolat for those days where I can't hold out.

I ate a pea sized golden ball thingy just now. It has a smidgen of chocolate covering on a crispy ball.

My sugar today will be in the form of an apple Muller rice.

I aim not to as I’m back on the diet wagon as of this morning after a few weeks of being naughty.

Hubby in the other hand has a huge tin full of chocolate bars and will no doubt eat 2 or 3 later, along with a couple of chunks of cheese and a couple of bags of crisps as well as a sandwich for lunch.......I hate skinny people who can eat what they want
