Food obsessed..

Ally work colleagues laugh at how much food I put away.. because I’m only little and I can eat more than than your average 13stone man!

I eat a totally clean diet but I’m always thinking about when I can next eat.. is anyone else as bad as me?

I enjoy food but I don't really think about it unless I'm hungry.

I work with three people who are constantly talking about or eating food. Two of them are on slimming world diets and one is obsessed by McDonald's.

Do you think about food because you're hungry? I've heard of clean eating but I'm not sure what it is

Yeah I eat because I’m hungry. 6 small meals a day + protein. But I train 2 hours a day souts all relative. I’m just obsessed with amazing food

When I was working away with a mate of mine all he spoke about was food. He'd finish his breakfast then start talking about what we were doing for dinner.

Most of my food is cooked in my fridge so I just pull out a Tupperware box.. but I’m still always thinking about what’s in the next one

God I used to eat loads of little meals and snacks when I was cutting. Total calories wouldn't be that high but just constantly grazing

I’m addicted to Greggs sticky toffee muffins currently, with tea.

It’s getting ridiculous.

Don’t know how I’ll cope when preseasons over and instead of it being legitimate bulking I’m just a greedy fat pig

Oh yes I can eat so its not just you. I can exercise for up to 4-5 hrs sometimes

so like yourself need the food

Most of my food is cooked in my fridge so I just pull out a Tupperware box.. but I’m still always thinking about what’s in the next one "

Unless my Daughter is eating out or on a sleep over I usually don't get to chose.

I eat everything she eats.

She doesn't eat everything I do.

It's just easier for me to ask her what she wants

When I ate clean all I did was think about food and what I could eat next.

Yep - I went onto the 5-6 small meals a day plus protein and I’m always thinking about my next mealtime! Tried coming off it and just ate the most ridiculous amount of junk to compensate so went straight back on!

What are you training for?
