(Unfortunately) in the eyes of the law he's entitled to a fair trial just as anyone else is and it's been deemed that his previous one wasn't fair - doesn't mean he's escaped justice though as he still has to face a retrial on the same charges and will hopefully be found guilty and have to serve time regardless.
Now if I had anything to do with it they'd throw away the key!! |
