I tend to find the people most bothered about the body and gains are the people chasing that for themselves. Most woman in my experience are looking for abit more, and the body is a bonus.
That being said, I do enjoy lifting for my own satisfaction, hence why I’m pumping (not in the best way) away in the garage at 11pm on a Sunday evening

A man that takes the time to look after himself. Not just his body but his mind too. If they can hold a decent conversation, have a good bit of banter and spends time not money then it’s all gravy with me. We can all appreciate a bit of window shopping and not every woman appereciates the same pair of shoes. Goes the same way for men. It’s all about the whole package.  |

Im happy to have a ripped 6 pack or a dad bod and anything in between..
Dad bods are the best for post cuddles but a 6 pack tend to be able to throw me around a bit more.. feel free to change my opinions gents x |
