"Considering how little America actually gained from the war on terror I doubt it."
America itself didn't gain anything, the rich industialists who control a lot of power within America gained money from all the bullets, bombs and military hardware purchased for the war on terror |

"As a smoke screen for 9/11, it is another conspiracy theory, whats your view of it? I am not surpriced if it was."
Conspiracy nonsense.
Let’s face it - it’s not as though the suggestion that US foreign policy over the years was so shit that it would cause a backlash is that much of a stretch.
And with conspiracy theories generally, but probably applies to 9/11...
Never assume a conspiracy, when sheer incompetence would have produced the same result. |

"What does Al queada mean"
My understanding was it related to an idealism.
Conspiracy theorist poppycock. No credible factual evidence and nothing more than fantasy stuff. |

Just another ally that got out of hand. The Yanks funded Osama and his buddies against the Russians in Afghanistan. 'My enemy's enemy is my friend and all that bollocks, until they later became their/our enemy. We do it all the time, Gadaffi, Sadaam Hussein etc....... |

"You are aware Al qaeda was formed in the late 80s? Yes I was, it could of been an early project, you never know."
Evidently the Al-Qaeda memo arrived late on your desk dude...its 2018-Brexit and Trump are the current flavour.

What security? US air defence, like all air defences before 9/11, only looked outwards. No one was going to attack Washington or New York with a bomber carrying nuclear weapons launched from Kansas. |

Didn’t it? I always thought it did.
Please tell me you’re not talking about that lameass French conspiracy site that was around at the time, but was thoroughly debunked immediately? |
