Sometimes when too much is going on around you it is nice to lose yourself in something e.g. fishing or reading a book.

What's your best place / way to lose yourself?

Doing my pole.

Whack on some good music, blank all the crap out and just flow with it.

There and to the left a bit

A long walk, ideally by the sea, but anywhere I can just lose myself in my thoughts is good

Binge watching a series.

Cycling on green routes without traffic.

Talking bollocks on the Fab forums and having a little perv

The other day I was looking through old paper pictures of my travels - I lost myself for hours and it made me feel really good

There's verge in the forest near me which is quite hard to get to, so that's the best place for me if I need silence. Great view of the city and a book.

Are we still talking gym or some other rack

Would love tandem training - never had the pleasure - extended foreplay.

York

Hiking around the North York Moors (anywhere like that really) or getting out in the countryside on my push bike.

Many moons ago I used to enjoy getting in my car, putting some good thinking music on and driving for miles out in the country lost in my thoughts, but there's no enjoyment in it anymore due to the amount of slow traffic on the roads.

Too be at one with nature, Listening to some nice soft music In the background, watching and feeling a nice soft breeze come through the blinds of the door during this hot period of time, to listen to bird song and waiting for it to rain so It can cool off a bit and water the ground which we need plenty of, also so I can go out and do some walking again in a climate I,m more suited, hopefully the first of that rain we may have tonight fingers crossed..

That's my preferred method. If I want it quieter, there's a couple of places in the countryside I can go.

As I'm a woman with zero sense of direction I find it very easy to lose myself

Up on them there hills

I like dungeons, they create a zone of total focus.

Other than that, woof walking, the unconditional love and the pure joy of playing kind of puts thing into perspective.
