Any other guys on here have love handles or have had them in the past?
I've had them all my life and they're the most stubborn fuckers ever
I can't seem to shake them off (pun intended)

Are these an after market upgrade? I never been fitted out with a set as I'm sure they could be of use in the bedroom rodeo. However are they removable when not in use? I can see some clothing issuses if not. |

Diet and exercise... mainly look at what you eat and drink.

Try HIIT, but you can’t burn fat in specific areas, it doesn’t work like that. |

Any increase in activity will help, but managing your calories will have more effect. For example, an average pint of beer will have about 200 calories, it will probably take you 20-30 minutes of medium intensity excercise to burn those same calories. So 5 minutes to consume the calories vs 30 to lose them.
If you can cut 400 calories a day out of your diet AND do an hours worth of exercise, you'll see your body change fairly quickly.
