It's said that to put salt and pepper on a meal is an iunsulte to the chef as they've not seasoned the meal correctly lol

Half a dozen One inch cubes of peeled ginger, a dozen peeled cloves of garlic...

Blitz in a food processor with Two tablespoons of groundnut or vegetable oil for about a minute....

Use as a base for Oriental or Indian cooking, fry off with onions.

Add spices, then meat to brown, then add chosen sauce ingredients.

Plenty good food baby!
