I'd say it depends how long you've been chatting and the nature of the chat , this varies considerably and would influence how touchy feely I was initially.
Normally it's a big grin and a quick lip kiss. But if a hand was offered instead I'd be cool with that too, just depends on everyone's comfort levels (shrug emoji) |

I suppose it depends on how flirtatious you had been in messages, or on the phone.
If it is going to be purely a social and you are meeting in a public place, then a hug and a quick peck on the cheek would suffice. I had a young lady (an ex forumite) turn up on ma doorstep and immediately rammed her tongue down ma throat, she had driven up from Brighton and was only on a day visit, but she did return a month or so later and stopped over for a couple of nights  |
