They wake me up! I have to take them for my back and although I feel drained and exhausted and extremely drowsy, I cannot sleep for hours after taking them! X |

I can feel them kicking in about 2 hours after I take them. When I get in late I can't take them or I will be a zombie all the next day. |

My problem is when I try to sleep I can't stop thinking about things, so I put a movie in I know well and I think about that instead, but because I know what's going to happen it's relaxing and I can get to sleep |

I’ve suffered with insomnia for the last 3 years, and I find the best thing I can do is not get stressed about it. Acceptance has probably been the best thing, I just kind of wait for it to pass, stressing about it is exhausting and now I don’t do that anymore, I rarely feel that soul sapping exhaustion.
I might read, I try not to grab a screen, but if I’m not sleeping I at least try to rest. |
