Ladies when do you offer the builder / plumber a cuppa .
When he arrives ?
An hour in ?
Every couple hours ?
Never ?
like the miserable so and so where I’m working. She made a cup for herself and had a little chat while drinking it !

They might get lucky and get a cuppa if hubbys here, if he isn't i let them in, point them in the general direction, then go sit with the dog in the lounge until they are done. I'm a miserable cow since an incident with a bt engineer who took it upon himself to contact me via my mobile to ask me out when he had left! |

We all appreciate a nice cuppa tea whilst at work .
( been offered lunch or breakfast at a few jobs too ,although it’s getting rarer now )
And I’m sure you will be looked after when you get your invoice .
If people are kind to me I always repay it back in a discount of sorts |

so near and yet so far.... |
Oooh with the rate I drink tea, he’d never get any work done... but would always offer a drink hot/cold depending on weather and would offer more cuppas if I knew the price of the job beforehand, might be less generous if he was charging by the hour... |
